recomend a wheelset?

hi all, im after a wheelset for my trek jack pro hardtail in white with drop offs..
im all about looks just as much as the ride, i need a good damn strong, light, and goodlucking wheelset... they dont have to be matching but only if the look good together... im thinking...
Front: Mavic EX 729,
Back: Sun MTX Black :D

if you know any better reply to this message or advidse on any of theses wheels... Budget Around œ250-œ300: this wheelset i have chosen is around 250... thanks

    free ride mostly dirt but treils, dh, singletrack, cross country and abit of sk8park, as my friend owns one :/

  • If you want something lighter i would suggest a 721 in the place of the 729 it's just as tough but alot lighter for xc climbs.
    other than that the rims are well suited to what you want them for.

    sunrim mtx isnt the lightest rim in the world but by feck its tuff

    i stick my 36h on hope xc on my enduro for extreme trails such as whites or the wall at afan..they allow me to climb whilst dropping through the rocks and roots at extreme speeds ( i am 18st)
    My mate is using sunrim xc on scott hubs with flat spokes and he broke 3 spokes on 2 wheels doing the same route and hes only 14 st.
