Creaking BB

Hi,

I have a creaking BB (TruVativ ISIS Drive Hussefelt with TruVativ 5D ISIS Crankarms). It clicks, creaks and sounds as though there is grit in there but only when its really wet. Can this be cured with a maintenance session or do I need to replace the BB?

    is there any play in the BB is every thing tight
    sounds like the BB has gone
    take it out have a look see what its like

    I have checked for rocking in the cranks but everything appears to be tight!

    How will I know by looking at it that it has gone?

    The noises suggest you have a bearing with a cracked raceway in there.
    Replace the BB, then dismantle the old one and tell me if I'm wrong.

    if u take it out u will be able to turn it and fell if the racing is damaged etc
