So there I was was on the plasma cutter downstairs, carefully plasmaing a new bolt for my spearfishing gun when I leant over to check the finish.

Next thing I know the beam goes right over my neck and my head rolls off.

On the bright side, I can monitor the progress of the cutting whilst touch typing on here, 45 yards away.

I'm having difficulty seeing now though as I've lost the ability to open my eyes.

I've got a friend who played an extra in a horror movie. In the film, his head gets cut off, so they made a prosthetic one. After the shoot, he got to keep it!
Best thing about it though, is that his mum keeps it on the mantlepiece above the fireplace!
