front end creak help please

My 06 spec Enduro has dveveloped a creak. The forks, float RL's have just been serviced by Mojo and I am happy its not them. The bars are tight in the stem and all nice and clean, no dust or grease. Stem is tight on steering column. Well they are tight as I dare but have no torque specs to check. It all points to the heafd set. I can see any movement when the bearing cups fit the frame, or feel it. The bearing feel sweet as well. Any suggestions please. Anyone got an owners manulafor the headset, a Cane creek S8 as I want to check all the bits are in the right order. The bike was econd hand with lots of up grades, most shop fitted but the previous owner was obviously not mechanically minded and it may be that a spacer is in the wrong place.
