Nahh, we moved house, and the garden is massive, pool, garage with mechanics pit, ect.
The only problem is that we need one more bedroom than it has. So this was already build, and it wasn't toooo much work to convert it to a room. So that solves everything.

Surround sound (wires are already run through the walls)
Computer (phone line in place)
USB recording input for guitar, so I can start to record stuff on teh computer
Beer fridge
