Hello,
I hope you guys don't mind me sending a commercial message, but it benefits you all so hopefully you are cool with it. If not, I apologize for the intrusion.
I own a business in Whistler, BC specializing in mountain bike holidays. So far I have not designed packages specifically to the UK biker, but am hoping to this summer.
I suppose my question is... If you had a mountain biking holiday in BC, what would your preferences be?
Cheaper, but more rugged?
More expensive, but pampered luxury?
One location (such as Whistler) explored intensely, or
a tour of several diverse locations (Whistler, North Shore, Sunshine Coast, Silver Star)?
Also, do you focus on one discipline (xc vs downhill) or would you prefer variety?
Thanks for your help... also if anyone is interested I should have some packages together by next week that I consider a good deal.... about 1500 quid for a week including airfare, transfers, meals, bike rental, and accommodation.
Thanks in advance!
Steve

just a penny's worth here.
cheap secure bike friendly accomodation for people coming over with thier own bikes.
is where the core of the riders will be looking for.
who wants to hire a bike when you have your own œ5000 rig waiting to see a chair lift?
i am not saying there is no market for hire bike but of the riders here!

I was just thinking of people who didn't want to hassle with lugging their bike halfway around the world.... but point taken, I will definately accommodate people who are wanting to bring their own gear.0
