Go on holiday on my tod?

Recently, i've needed to get away for a while, and i've fancied going away on my own, jus to get away from everything.

But the Question is, would you guys go away on your own? I know a lot of people from work have done before/ would do again, and speakin to my dad, thats how he met my mum, going away abroad on his own. Just wondering whether to do it or not some time.

go somewhere sunny and cheap where you can chill. don't go caping, it's too much stress. rent a villa in the hills of ibiza or something maybe. that's what I'd do.

Well im gonna be travelling for 9 months on my own next year. Im a bit nervous but ive heard its one of the best ways to meet new people, because you dont have you're friends to be with so its more likely that you will talk to strangers

I've done it before. I took my bike and headed to Scotland. Was one of the best weeks i've had.

It is what you make of it.

rent a house by yourself? rubbish idea.

If your travelling by yourself you need to put yourself somewhere your going to meet plenty of people youth hostels are cheap and ideal. Either that or get some work.

I traveled to south america alone, stayed for 6months, traveled to whistler alone too. I like it.

I went to Amsterdamn alone for a week early this year as a taster to what it is like. I recommend staying in a youth hostel, its much more friendly. One diffulty i found was eating out, it always felt a bit awkward eating alone, but im not sure why. Just one of those things

eaten out alone a few times, definitely a weird one however, if you in a youth hostel it shouldn't happen.

yer, communal cooking FTW. Although im a bit worried about privacy. 9 months is a long time to be sleeping in places with loads of other people. I need some quite time!
