Hubs for Giant MPH Brakes

Hi,
New to disc brakes and I've just acquired a Giant Expedition (fully-racked, touring NRS suspension) with MPH brakes. The wheels are a bit pony and need replacing, but what hubs are compatible with these discs?
Any recommendations - I'll mainly be doing loaded touring on and off road.
Cheers
