rear disc brake sticking

hi, whilst trying to spin my back wheel it only spins about 6 inch then stops..they are hayes disk brakes. would adjusting them help

i dont like mondays and hills

Should say on them what they are! Are they cable pull or hydrolic? If your not sure what they are can you get us pictures?

EDIT - Again, find out what brakes they are, iirc hayes model name is printed on the lever. so look there [:)]
