And I normally hate white bikes. I have found an exception. That looks flipping delicious!

You know when you have a sponge with too much soap in it, you squeeze it and hardens up? I think the progressive spring rate on pikes feels like that, same with totems. They're quite noisy too, especially compared to my monsters which are silent.

that's the theory yes

i wouldnt have bought a white one if it was new, it may still be subject to a respray at a later date, it has just had a bare metal respray though and it's like a grey-white rather than brilliant white, it does look nice

also, '98 - '02 monsters had the same travel, same stanchion diameter and same intended use as totems. A fairly simple comparison i would've thought?

My Totem's arn't noisy?

Admittedly, I haven't felt a set of Monsters, they scare me. (like leppers do). I do know I could have 2 sets of Totems and some spare change for the weight of the Monsters though.
