I'd just like to start this query with a statement 'i am a muppet' i have just purchased a set of disc brakes off of e-bay and i didn't check compatibility but the front caliper is a boxxer mount and i was wondering if i could get (and where from)an adapter to fit it to an international standard mount

yes you are a muppet. yes you can. CRC or any shop. any IS to post adaptor will do.

if you have a marz 20mm axeled fork you might need the 20mm IS adaptor. (other 20mm axled forks dont need the 20mm version just the IS).
