doesn't the wall have sections still closed?
i know the skyline / whites did.. i don't know about now0 -
Skyline is fantastic. Such a drag on the climbs though. The singletrack descents and some of the views are just amazing though. Took myself and a mate 5 hours to do.
The Wall is one of the best descents in the area. Plus the fact its half the distance of the Skyline trail which is nice!

Do the wall, then do the last section of skyline you can start doing the climb, get to the second gate I think then do the last decent on skyline0

cheers guys. will let you know how it goes. doing the wall followed by the skyline decent sounds like a good idea. get the best of both worlds then.
cheers

the skyline decent is this
climb to the top of the Whites trail, once you get there and see the wind farm turn around and ride up the fire road, keep going and it's on the right (turn right and go down a stone fireroad 300m and it goes right again..)0 -

Not being funny, but how do you manage to do 'the wall' and then the 'Skyline' decent? Both centres are at least 8-10miles apart... If it is possible... it would be nice to know.
First single track decent on Whytes Level at Glyncorrwg is closed for loging. Not sure about 'the wall'0 -
The Wall is open...and was fantastic the DH singletrack is technical in the wet..fireroad ascents are a bit of a slog and boring.
Whites had a trail diversion at the top and we lost som hieght but joined it again at the boardwalk and from then on it was mental.
Big thumbs up for Afan
