THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH IT
consider this:
you're heading, face-down down a mountainside. don't you want to be on something that'll take some abuse? don't you want to be riding a bike MEANT for the job?
DH bikes are expensive for two reasons:
1 - they are made from good quality componants
2 - so that pre-teen turds can't buy them and kill themselves before they've even hit puberty
DH is for grown ups - grown ups have money and don't have to ask where they can buy a "cheap" DH bike
may i suggest BMX?
