ok i just want to know if I can, and how easy is it to change a Hope Pro 11 12mm QR hub to 20mm thru axle?

yep thats what i would guess. but for all i know it might actually be a rear hub that he want to go fron a Qr10mm to a 12mm through axel.

12mm X 135 is available. as is a 10mm through axel, and and and....

But do they do a 12mm rear in 135mm spacing? because i'm pretty sure they dont do a Qr 150mm one [;)]
