Was trying to check what's taking so long on my damn brake adapter and the site is taking even longer.

[CRC rant] i ordered some grips off the're in Nov when it got to febuary i cancelled them. last month they sent them through and took the money out of my dads card. my mum run up about the sending back proceedure. they said send then back by 1st class and they would pay the postage. we did they are now saying they havn't got them and are refusing to give the money back, so now my dad is œ15 plus the postage out of pocket. [/CRC rant]

Agree'd there. go tell your bank and ask them what you can do. if it was in fact unauthorized you can probably get the money back. although your still stupid for not sending it back recorded delivery [|)]

it was an unauthorised payment, they have admitted this.

my mum asked about postage, they said they wouldn't cover the cost of recorded delivery.

i cancled an order by phone and the lady said it was done, next day i signed on my account and it still said pending or whatever, so i emailed them and then it got cancled. maybe they have a problem with the cancling process
