some useful adivce not the stuff these guys are muttering on about
if u get offered the new job don't just keep the 1 you have got because they will pay you a little more ul regret it once the extra pay novelty if u already hate the job

I'm just pointing out why telling your current employer might perhaps not have been the best idea you ever had.
You have to see how your telling her might well lead to her believing you've already secured the job, though? Even if only because it's common practice not to tell your current employer that you're looking elsewhere until you're fairly confident you're going.

Its no surprise she gets pissed off with you guys. You don't beat around the bush when it comes to telling someone they did something wrong, You just go in for the kill.

Also, what exactly do you all have against her? Surely everyone has to learn this stuff somewhere? or were you born with all this knowledge? (big red is excluded, we know he was! [;)]) Would it really be such a bad thing to not take a persons head off for not knowing something?
