Bit of a moan, and I'm sure there are many happy customers out there, but...

If you order out of stock items, they will take payment on item(s) before they've contacted the distributor.

They may also give you very misleading delivery times. I was quoted two week, approaching four weeks and still no sign.

Getting email correspondence back is very difficult. I've also had the "have you not had my email?" response on the phone, which always leads me to believe they've just forgotten.
