Hi,
I'm trying to get my company interested in the Cycle Scheme, As they are big on the green travel thing now it hopefully shouldn't be to hard. They are a big company too so it can only reflect well on them.
Question is, has anyone used the Scheme and if so had any problems with it, or is it as good as it sounds?
Many thanks.
lets go shopping for ejecter seats, pull the cord and escape.

Do it yourself. Less cocking about.
I tried to get my road bike through cyclescheme to find that they were so oversubscribed that after 6 weeks they'd still not processed my quote. In the end, the manufacturer ran out of stock meaning i had to get a different bike.
The tax rules and regulations are freely available and there's no requirement to do it through cyclescheme.
So long as your boss knows his Gross from his Net, you're sorted.
Your company buys your bike for you, and payments are taken out in 12 monthly payments from your gross wages (ie, before tax/ni/pension).
The company can also claim back the VAT paid on the bike if your company is VAT registered.
