Another what bike topic - with a twist!

Hi all.

My 9 year old brother is getting too big for his current bike and has also caught the MTB'ing bug off of me!

So, Wht would you suggest for a almost 10 year old around the œ200 price mark? I've come up with 2 so far:
Specialized hotrock 24
Trek MT220

    Where is the twist? And tbh, whatever fits, he will grow out of it so quickly.

    As above. Whatever fits the best.

    The hardrock would be the better choice of the two though.

    And i think the twist is that it wasn't written by some prepubescent n00b who can't speak english. well done [:)]
