Tubing, fluid, jar. Unscrew a bit and put tube over the nipple on the caliper and the other end into the jar, making sure its submerged in fluid. Pump (eg pull lever) while topping up the reservior until the whole system is bled and there is no air bubbles. Screw nipple back up, remove tube, done.

Sometimes it overheats. You have to make sure it's in a ventilated place all the time.

push pistons back. remove pads. attach a full syringe and push through. make sure lever end is higher than the caliper and tap the caliper and hose to help the air out.

I've followed the instructions that came with the bleed kit. I can get the bit with the bottle on the front etc. But when I connect the tube to the caliper and try and pump fluid through, the fluid won't flow. What am I doing wrong?

Loosened the little nut on the nipple? (no innuendo intended [:D])

There's only one thing I can find around there that I can undo. I can take it fully out, and it looks like it's the caliper's body. Should I only loosen it?
