Im sorry but how is it illegal? It's been discussed plenty of times before ( although I cant find the topics for some reason ), and theres plenty of things that are talked about on here that is illegal, ie downloading music for free. Care to elaborate?

what i did not like was the way it was put.

i you realise that doing what you were sugesting would only cover you to any losses to a max of œ30 the max value of a gift.

Also mentioning the Brand was not a good idea as the importer has been known to visit this forum. and then he would have been on the war path to X about what might be happening.

I honsestly thought it was you, and am a bit worried at what Nick's doing.

So far as I knew all moderators, bar yourself, would be willing to answer a 'where did my topic go?' question, and, historically, assuming you've had something to do with odd, unexplained, dissapearences of topics is rather reliable.
You have spent rather a long time, apprently knowingly and conciously, fostering this evil image of yourself, too. Mostly by doing things like banning (or at least threatening to ban) people for irritating you with no explanation or warning.

I was just trying to get the most likely explanation in before this topic was deleted, in an effort to let the poor bas[url][/url]tard know what he'd done wrong.

Not entirely sure what you mean by a 'getout clause', though.

why did i delete the topic.

I have no problems with people having a go at getting arround the tax man, we all have a go one way or another.

what i did not like was the extra info about how you were going to try to get the frame set.

that info and the brand name should never have been mentioned.

as that could have got a lot of people in trouble. Ok at least you did not say the name of the bike shop.

the rest of it i had no problems with i would have quite happily discused the protential problems with your plan. but i could not be arsed Editing you post.
