I sent some forks off as warranty return approx 4 weeks ago. They said at first they would be doing repair to them, now they say they are at the Iron Horse bikes importer. Its pretty annoying as i cant use the bike, any ideas/tips on how to get them to hurry up?

    Send them a bomb.

More seriously, the only thing you can do is harass them with telephone calls/emails etc. Also find out where they are now and phone them.

Sometimes it overheats. You have to make sure it's in a ventilated place all the time.

Also, mention that you will be telling your friends about their service, Evans are usually pretty good, you might get something free.
