hi,

i won a set of rock shox tora off him well over a month ago. i paid straight away via paypal. they still haven't turned up. i've given him two delivery dead lines and he's sailed through them both without a word. he kept saying they were on their way. only problem is, now i've asked for my money back, he's stopped responding to my emails. i've ordered the forks off crc now, but don't know what to do about getting my money back. any ideas?

Jules, dont waste anytime in filing a claim with paypal, i have done this in the past and funnily enough the seller then decides to reply or refund.

You cant allow dodgy sellers to take the michael, as they think its easy to hide behind their pc and ignore emails.

You have to make your claim within 45 days of your purchase so dont waste anymore time.

Yeh just go to paypal and start a dispute. (You did pay with paypal right, and the auction ended officially?)

Dont wait for the sellers response, just escalate it to a claim immediately and paypal will sort it out for you.

yeah do it through paypal. I got sent a pair of fake sunglasses and paypal paid me back - and i got to keep the fakes...

hmm, sounds like he has a history of this sort of thing.

yep, paid through paypal and used buy it now. i'll start a dispute with paypal tomorrow. thanx for the advice and links!
