I've upgraded the brakes to Diatech anchors, the shifters to Sram Attack and the cranks to Truvativ Blaze. Next is the forks and wheels then its done!

Meh. Well the BB gets good reviews. My mates had one in for nearly 6 months and its as smooth as the day as he put it in and theres no play. The cranks also get good review there strong and not too heavy. They were both great value from CRC.

But for œ60 odd you could of got Shimano LX Hollowtech IIs or for a bit more Hones, which will easily outlast both the Truvativ arms and FSA BB.

I know everyone says get hones but not only are they more expensive they'd also require me getting another BB tool and getting my frame faced. That would be about another œ25 on top of the extra cost of hones. Im not made of money.

Just save up and spend the extra money. Don't recommend hones myself though, save the extra and get saints. I've had mine 3 days and they feel so much stronger [:D]
