X UP gone wrong!

hi all just telling you that today i tried an x up off some of my local jumps(they aint the biggest but still good)i got half way and misseed judge my timing and hit the floor with the wheel sideways on,CRASH!!!!my leg was stuck between the handle bars and the frame with all my body weight on it,and to make matters worth i slid about 1 metre across the floor i have 2 massive bruises on my upper leg.[B)][B)][B)]

son, i've just been in Intensive Care for the last 6 days after suffering a ruptered spleen and internal bleeding that basically filled my abdominal cavity with blood!
90% of the forum have bruises
and at least 30% of them have probably been injured worse than i was
