Gear set up

My coiler has a 22/32/42 chainset and I currently ride alot of dh and im finding my chain is moving around alot jumping from chainring to chainring. I would like to fit a chain device, but the trouble is I dont want to lose the option of running granny ring, as most of my trails involve alot of climbing before i get to the top. However I also dont want to lose the outer ring because I ran a bash for a while with 32t up front and used to always run out of gears on the downs. There are some e13 devices that alloy two rings up front, but I dont know which rings i could get away with ie 24,38? I want it to be low enough to grind up the hills but high enough to go balls out downhill without the chain messing around. Are there any tensioners like the dmr chain reactor that work with triple chainring or will I have to look at a dual set up and if so which ratio?

With front mechs, the maximum difference between teeth size is 12, so 28/40, 26/38 etc. If i were you, get hold of a blackspire stinger, and run 28/40 with bash, similar to http://www.pinkbike.com/photo/950952/ 40t chain rings are easy to come by, but i can only find this as a 28t- http://www.dmrbikes.com/?Section=produc ... =CRSHR2628 Put a bash guard on as well if your dh'ing etc
