Hotmail/Yahoo Help!

Right!, My problem is that I go to access my Email through Hotmail and when I hit the log in button it comes up with "page temporarily unavailable"! This is really annoying as I urgently need to access my emails!
This also don't work when I try to access my brothers Yahoo mail account.
