Bloody amazingly efficient! Took my shock to the post office Wednesday morning, got the shock back in Thursdays post!
Got rid of the Manipoo and stuck a toooned Vanilla RC on the beast, its bloody transformed my bike!

Ah, I sent them off (they were only basic teams) for a new cartridge as mine was bust). Thry gave me a call, and said according to my weight they were on too hard a spring, so we had a good chat about my riding style etc, and agreed to change the springs in it along with the new cartridge.
They also said they'd stopped making the upgrade cartridge i wanted so I'd have to make do with their version of a 'replacement' cartridge.
It came back all fast and well, but when I got it built (and over in France, doh) they were now waaay to soft, was blowing the travel on any nasty section. So took them apart and put some heavier oil in to replace their lighter stuff, which just made them feel slow. So eventually got my old springs posted out to me, and re-fited thouse and played with about 10 different oil types until tehy were finally back to around or just over the quality I sent them off at.
While this was faffing about, Fin (ex MBUK, works at TF now (or did then)) came to stay at our hotel, and I told him about the problems, and whether he could give me some advice or have a play with them. A week of chasing him later and he flew back home having not helped at all.
Hence I wasn't very happy.
Though I must addm aside from this, I've only heard good things about TF, so I think I was just unlucky
