choice - entry level bikes

I'm looking to buy an entry level hardtail.
I'd like hydraulic disc.
Come up with 3 options all priced at œ399:
Mongoose Tyax Super
GT Avalanche 2.0 disc
Specialized Hardrock disc (list price œ429 but can get for œ399)
I fancied the Hardrock, but reports of it being weighty and poor front forks has put me off a little.
Any advice or opinions would be useful?
I can't find much data regarding actual weights, are the others going to be much difference to the hardrock?
