I was only raking...these medical ones just seem to be perpetual students! I haven't the brain for it though, hats off to anyone who wants to help others and all that garb.

Unfortunately i have no real experience with AIDS or worms yet, i'm afraid.
If things go according to plan, not only will i have no debt by graduation, i may have infact earnt myself œ50,000 for my studies over the 5 years.
ddoogie - First year has been amazing. There is a fair bit of work, but i still managed to get out more than people who do other subjects. Never boring times. My advice to you would be this: Get into it asap. There's little or no time to catch up, unless you want to work your arse off during the holidays. Don't ever leave stuff 'till tomorrow'. Once in a while accept that your non-medic mates will be able to go out when you can't. Make friends with medics equally as non-medics. It's very useful having medic friends as we're on a different timetable and almost system to other students on campus so it's nice to have people going through the same thing. But also, medicine can get a lil bit 'cliquey' and it's nice to chill with your flat mates or whoever.
