SID XC Shock

Can anyone help, I've got a "sticky" rear SID XC Shock on my Giant NRS. It's making a sucking noise when it tries to extend back out. I've also sheared the rebound nut off.
After asking about, everyone seems to be of the opinion that the SID XC Shock is not being made anymore. Is this correct, and if so does anyone know of a replacement. If possible i'd prefer a shock that has a lockout as well.

talk to TF tuned to see if it can be serviced? they will also be able to recomend a replacement.
