If you have 15 watchers for an item your selling on ebay is that a good indication that many people are going to try and outbid each-other at the last minute, or not?

15 is pretty good, but iff its quite a popular thing people watch an item to see how much they go for before they sell the same thing, how many bids you got so far? and how many days?

I've been watching a load of ebay items recently, just to see the kind of price they go for. I haven't got enough spare cash at the moment, but I'd like to know what kind of money things are going for, so I know what to budget for.
