To post some forks in, post office will be ok with that won't they? Stuff doesn't have to be in a box?

Yeah, it'll be fine. Makes it easier for them to steal the contents, so they won't mind.

I would consider additional padding and at least wrap it in brown paper

Get lotsa bubble wrap, those forks will go through more in the post than any DH course can throw at them.

    not working :(

Sometimes it overheats. You have to make sure it's in a ventilated place all the time.

    how true.

under no circumstance send them in JUST that bag. you need padding and thick cardboard.

I posted my Dorados in a normal fork box, then put that in a box and then wrapped it in brown paper. Also sent special delivery at the request of the cutomer.

considering the state i've recieved some packages, i'd advise a t-45 steel container to stick them in. just today my crc wheel box arrived with fist sized holes all over it. its a miracle the wheel was in one piece!

go to your LBS. they're sure to have spare fork boxes. get two, and tape them together.
