What to do?? HELP! Nowhere to ride!

I've finally finished college now for the summer and have recently checked out my local town spots to ride, wats left of them! There is nothing left at all. The main spot has been demolished by the council after we lost our case to ride in the woods. other spots have been abandoned etc. For mountain biking this is a disaster as the only decent place to ride is some bmx dj's like an hours n a bitcycle away, and of which im not keen on dj.
What do you suggest i do? theres no local spots to ride or build and what there is is real awkward and not alot of space
All i wanna do is ride my bike like i did last summer and in the holidays but now theres nothing.
Any ideas and help as to what to do and how will be much appreciated

organise trip to places (cwmcarn, dalby, wherever is local-ish). get some mates to help renovate old spots. speak to any local riders in the area, see where they ride. and build jumps where they are hidden or look natural.
