Don't official eBay letters usually start with "Dear Heather we have included your registered name to..."

Have you set up a DD with eBay? Can you not check with your bank?

You might want to remove your address up there too

Ebay/paypal mails always start "Dear [Registered name]",

And end: "How do I know this is not a Spoof email? Spoof or 'phishing' emails tend to have generic greetings such as "Dear PayPal member". Emails from PayPal will always address you by your first and last name. Find out more here"
