Marzocchi All Mountain 1 or Rockshox Lyrik 2 Step

Hi,
Waiting on an order for a new SC Heckler and trying to spec up some forks.
The frame is designed for a 140mm fork and so I want to put one of these on it.
Questions
1. The Lyrik 2 Step, can it be adjusted between 115mm and 160mm or is it simply one or the other?
2. Can the Marzocchi All Mountain 1 2007 be adjusted to whatever length I want or is it just at full length or its shortest.
3. The Marzocchi is œ200 cheaper, is it worth spending the extra money to get the Lyrik.
Thanks in advance.

Why not get Pikes. They have the ideal travel at 140mm.
If you are getting the Lyrik then go for the U-turn model which means you can adjust to anywhere between 115-160mm. The 2-step is a simple instant travel crush down. There is no inbetween.
The AM1 can be adjusted to anywhere between the 2 extremes.
See if you can get a test ride on both forks to see if you prefer either or. I'd be buying the Lyriks though. Fatter stanchions = big stiffness.

Im a bit put off by the U-Turns - I prefer air shocks mainly because they are lighter.
I considered the Pikes, just read some good reviews about the Marzocchi AM1 and figured I could do with the extra travel if needed - plus Im liking the look of the AM1's
I don't think i'm gonna be able to get a test ride on them, i can't even test ride the frame anywhere easily (only at Afan forest) but im trusting the latest reviews for the heckler.
On a stumpy 07 fsr at the mo, but just need more travel as I can feel myself moving from the x-country scene - I bottomed the stumpy a lot at llandegla and MBR trail this last weekend.Ibis Mojo SL-r0 -
