Yes Sandbox, also riding drunk is alright if your going fast, if you slow down and try to avoid lampposts it all goes tits up. And riding a pedal bike drunk leaves you quite capable of hurting a pedestrian, alos its riding, and driving.

I avoid it. Cows seem to jump at me when I'm drink riding.

i had a drunk open a car door while i was speeding downhill. a bump on my head and a bruised bollock and a bent car door that wouldt close. i think worse off

come to think of it whos had a penalty notice for riding a bike? i got one for sitting on my bike talking on my phone in a no cycling zone wtf œ30 fine.

i've been drunk cycling. it is most definately FTW.

we were circling round and round on a cricket pitch until someone rode into the side of me. and i fell off, i lost my phone and my mud guard fell off at some point. thinking about it. prior to riding, i remember throwing stuff in hedges. probably my phone [:I]

I was followed home by the police, when i was riding back from my friends place, drunk, at 3am, with no lights. They stopped me when I tried to open my garden gate, and started giving me crap, accusing me of stealing the bike.
To prove it was mine, they asked for the frame number. Who the hell knows their frame number off by heart?

hmmm guess you would need balance for trails but not for normal riding the giroscopicness of the wheels keep you upright

You need to get upto a speed where that would make any difference, Before that could happen you would fall over.

i have many times as long as the wheels have enough momentum they will keep you upright
you can see this sitting on an office chair while holding a spinning wheel. when its spinning fast enough to spin you and the chair when you lean the wheel thats enough to keep you without a bike upright :p

i know physics me (quote brainac science abuse)

I got screwed at for so called 'Dangerous Driving' doing the most massive wheelie down a busy road. Probably close to a few Km, then the fuzz went by, they were not happey.

Never tried drink riding though even when I did drink. I'm sure it would not work.

    Ok, here goes.

Yes, it is possible to ride "trails" when drunk, depending on what you mean by trails. I've done a few short sweet trails (as in XC) whilst pissed, the also start with some rather big bomb holes/dirt jumps which are intresting whilst drunk on a full susser!
I usualy cycle home from the pub as I usualy go to the pub streight from work. Whats scary is i'm better at cycling home when i'm drunk then I am wakling, and thats when i'm starting to get into the realms of "stupidly drunk" and on a bike.
