Just got my brand new specialized rock hopper disc, and the front brake is rubbing on the disc i think i caused it from taking the wheel off and putting it back on, its not rubbing bad but is causing a little bit of resistance when i spin the wheel, can hardly notice it when riding, is it easy to sort out or do i take it back to the shop?

Most new bikes rub a bit, but after a bit of use they get good

if you do that the pads will wear unevenly. loosen the bolts that hold the caliper on and adjust them so the pads are running parelell to the disk. this should stort it. take it back if in doubt. it is a fiddly job but it also cure's squeaking sometimes.
never grow up..... just find a bigger playground!
