Bent Disc Brake

bad week, firstly got my bike back from repair shop, rode it home, then went out at 9 at night to put it away properly and found it had a squeaking noise coming from the front, investigated further and found the disc brake was the cause of the noise, i knew id sprayed some dehydrating stuff on them at the weekend by accident, but had been riding it and no problem till then.
anyway, then today i had a look further into it, took the pads off and put the wheel back in, found the squeak to of gone but it now had a rubbing sound every half turn, looked and could see the disc wobbling in and out between the pads, and going over towards the outside pad then back again.
anyway what i want to know is do i need to get the disc replaced, or just the pads replaced and the disc reput on, really want to get back out on my bike, so quick advice would be greatly appreciated obviously i need to bleed the system as well now.

read the info in the sticky above about straightening discs, but check the hub is ok first and that the bearings are ok and correctly adjusted.
