WMP Error

I'm trying to stream a video from the net into WMP and I repeatedly get this error.

"Windows Media Player cannot play the file because the specified protocol is not supported. If you typed a URL in the Open URL dialog box try using a different transport protocol."

I've done a clean install of WMP and it still happens.

Any ideas on how to fix it?

stop using WMP and use VLC

Erm its either the webstream or the codecs.

Or as Mian says get VLC. Thinking about it i still havent got it on this PC. [Edit] Now it has [:)] [/edit]

Except I cant stream into vlc using this site. WMP used to work/
