Mmmmmmh. Today was neutral for me. Didn't suck but wasn't great either.

Today has been most satisfying. Revision Workshop went well and a decent bike ride with Mr.Teague. Get home from the ride and dinner is on the table. Chicken casserol followed by two bits of toast and some cornflakes. Perfic.

Not a good day here really either, been out of work (redundancy) for 2 weeks, had a job interview with my previous company, they want to start me on œ6 an hour for a fully trained machine op/fitter (read hammer banger!), my last job paid œ8 an hour, œ6 an hour only just covers the bills!

This entire week has sucked really.
I broke my radius length-ways on Wednesday, so in a cast for 6 weeks.[B)]
Revision and exams for the next few weeks.
And CRC haven't delivered my turbo trainer.

At least after the exams my arm will be fine and I can ride in the sun.[:)]

i had a good morning, light hours work out in the gym this morning, healthy lunch. go to work the evening and let rip into the customers. they deserved it because i was just starting to get my hangover from last nights drinking. come home. and have a bottle of cider-sorted
