Woah, my tyre has shrunk (NEKKIDPIX ON PAGE 2!)

Ok, so i just went to get my tyre (maxxis high roller 2.35) off my rim (Sun single track) and i swear to god, i can't even get a tyre lever under the tyre it's so tight! Any way to rectify it? I've tried heating with a lighter, it doesn't do much.

push the tyre into the centre of the rim all the way round. then stand the wheel upright, grab both hands on the tyre at the top, and push the rim down with a foot. should pull all the "slack" round to one side. then pull/lever it off.

I couldn't give a shit about the rims, it's the tyre i want! It's got full tread left! The rim is attatched to a dead hub.
