So did I, apparently they include loss of earnings on the pump, which is tosh as people would just cue up for the next one.

Engineers time (which I can accept) and the pump parts, thats why I've requested a copy of the damage report and an estimate for repairs.

Not good Rich, œ10k for superficial damage. Did they close that pump down right after your lass 'took it out'? When did they reopen that pump to the public?
