Advise me on a swap.

I'm going shorter travel, as it's a bit pointless me having my faith where I live, and I've been trying to sell it. This has cuahgt my eye, and he may be interested in a swap. I'm pretty tempted by it, as it's what I'm after to be honest.
Anyone had any experience with rhyno lite rims? Their name for one ('lite') puts me off, but other than that the bike seems good. Should I ask for money as well ontop of a straight swap?

So, is it a good deal for me? And, am i right in thinking my bike outvalues the coiler? Therefore I should ask for a bit of money on top etc etc...? Currently, I'm pretty hopeful that he'll agree to a swap, and I'm leaning towards a straight swap providing his in in a good condition.
