Dillemma - Specialized FSR Comp 2007

Hi,

I have a 07 Stumpy Comp and have just ordered a Heckler to build up.

Do I:

1. Sell the stumpy complete with upgrades
or
2. Just sell the frame and forks and keep other bits for Heckler

Upgrades to stock 07 Stumpy are:

Hope pro II hubs + mavic 717
Juicy Ultimates
SRAM X0 Shifters + Mech

The new heckler frame is œ1079 and trying to find the best way to approach it.

How much would someone pay for a 07 Stumpjumper Comp Frame?

How much do you think someone would pay for the complete bike with upgrades?

Any input would help, thanks.

BTW - Everything is in Mint Condition, no marks whatsoever, bikes done 50 miles.

Not sure about prices 2nd hand, but i imagine that you'll do better by hanging onto your upgrades and putting the old stuff (if you still have it) back on the Stumpy to sell. Simply based on the fact that you never get much for 2nd hand bike stuff, especially custom specced bikes.

How much would someone pay for the frame? Mint condition?

œ300- œ400 i imagine.

Spec dealer advised at least œ500-œ600 for my Comp frame. Lots more with all the bits.

You'll get œ500 easily for the frame. Just swap over the bits.
