FAO: Girls with an Irish or Scottish accent

People tell me that when I speak english, I have an accent that can't be placed. One of my college lecturers refused to believe I was welsh, kept trying to get me to let on where I was from!

For what it's worth, I like the soft, northern scottish accent, or southern Irish accent. Australian and New Zeland accents are also pleasant.

Scouse accent makes me cringe, as does a strong south wales (from the valleys, boyos) accent. In fact, I can barely understand south wales folk at all!
But the single worst acent on earth has to be the california beach babe/dude accent duuude? Where every sentence sounds like a question? you know what I mean? Man, that really annoys me?

I swear that for the rest of that summer, almost every welsh girl we saw had a large arse! It was around the time of the atkins diet fad, so I don't know if it had anything to do with that!

I hate nearly all strong accents on girls. Even manchester, where I'm from, is a real turn-off if it's strong. Same with scouse, geordie, welsh, brummie. Although the absolute worst for me, is Laaandaan.

A deep guttural glasgow accent it not attractive on a girl. North/eastern is just annoying; ken whit a meen lyke?? =|

My G/F is Scottish and I spent the 1st 2 months saying "pardon?" but it's a great accent!

Can't understand her parents for toffee though

Irish accent also is hot

I just sound awkward. [:D]

Everyone from Northern England says I sound southern.. everyone from Southern England says I sound Northern..

However noone has ever commented that I sound Dutch so I'm happy enough. [:I]

According to Blacksun I sound weird with a European twist. Or something. No idea where I picked most of it up.

I promised myself I wouldn't ever.. but here we go..(MySpace)
