Hi i need a new crank set for under œ100. But around œ80 they need to fit a kona scrap 04. I would like them to be bmx style ones but with the bit to hold the chain ring on.
I have seen pigmy cranks but is there any better ones
thanks

The bit to hold the chain ring on isnt anything to do with the crankset, i think
Its called a chainguide and you need to buy them seperatly

Ok thanks how much are they in total with the bit to screw the chain ring on to the crank arm0

its called a bash guard, many brands do them, but it wont hold your chain on, you'll need a chainguide to do that, and they start at about œ60 anyway, have a look on www.chainreactioncycles.com nothing wrong with gusset pigmys

He's on about a Spider.
Look on eBay for profiles, you can get new sets for œ100 if you look hard. They are far superior to the Gusset's.
