Plus you can change the front tube or tyre without taking the wheel out [;)]
You'll also notice that with the weight of a lefty being to the left of the bike, it tends to counter balance the drivechain more which therefore gives it more of an all round balance. That and they work superbly.

Without yet having chance to weigh it I believe it is around about the 24lb mark.

The Lefty Speed Carbon SL has 110mm travel, is the stiffest fork out there with up to 110mm travel and weighs the same or less than a SID.
The majority of the lefty range weigh about the same as a normal fork.

The guy who had it before me bought it about a year ago off another of my friends who had recently changed the drivechain. Since then the bike has sat unused. The previous owner then proceeded to challenge a wall with his fiesta and wanted a quick sale to raise some cash. I offered 150 cash for immediate sale and ended up with (in my opinion) a bargain.
