That adapter is for a post mount caliper to go on IS forks! You need an adapter for post mount caliper to post mount forks!
    This is what you need.

No, read the description its a post to post mount that extends the 6" (160mm) post mount on the fork to take a 7" (180mm)rotor for a caliper with post mount.

I have an IS mounted brake caliper, but will have Post mount forks, so a Post to IS Mount is fine isn't it?

Why didnt you say the caliper was an IS mount. You said your old forks were IS but I assumed the caliper was post mount as most are these days. Sorry for the confusion. What brake is it?

Hayes sole so its a post mount caliper with an adapter like the one you linked to but for 160mm, so you need to take that adapter off and buy the adapter that i linked to.

the adapter that u linked to does not mount an IS brake on a post mount fork, it mounts a post mount brake on an IS mount fork

It doesn't say anything about mounting an IS brake onto a Post mount fork, which is what you said you had.
