hah, my cousin did that cept the person whos ID he used was wanted by the cops. He was arrested as they thought he was the guy the cops wanted. I think he got away without a mark on his criminal record, he did get a severe "off the record" warning mind

they can confiscate the ID and hand it into the police, then the real owner has to go collect it (its happened before)

They say hang on mate this isn't you and you say, "Oh sh!t thats my brothers sorry I aint got anything else. Never mind" Shrug your shoulders and walk out. They might keep the ID soyour mate would have to go back and get it the next day. Whatever you do, do not act like a train spotter. They will remember you scuppering further attempts and it just will not get you served. When I was in school there was always the story of the well ard lad that was asked for ID so he whapped his knob out and then got served. This I can categoricaly say will either get you laughed at or arrested for public indecensy

This happened to a guy I know once. You can get in a world of corr blimey. ID gets confiscated, they won't give it back to the owner if he gave it to you 'cos that's illegal, so he has to press charges against you for stealing it.
